It’s been a rough week so far for fitness - travelling interstate working long days and eating on the run but I think I’ll have managed to she’d 1/2 a kg without any exercise by the end of the week. If I can get some fitness time in tomorrow and keep my food clean I might drop another 1/2 by Monday.
It’s a slow road but I’d rather take my time and keep it off.
Keeping sugar cravings at bay has been very difficult and I think my biggest road block as always is preparation. Did a big shop the second I got in from the airport and loaded up my trolley with vegetables.
I have the next 4 days to exercise - probably tomorrow night and Friday morning. If I can get over my mini jetlag. 1am and I’m still wide awake. :(
