It’s been a rough week so far for fitness - travelling interstate working long days and eating on the run but I think I’ll have managed to she’d 1/2 a kg without any exercise by the end of the week. If I can get some fitness time in tomorrow and keep my food clean I might drop another 1/2 by Monday.

It’s a slow road but I’d rather take my time and keep it off.

Keeping sugar cravings at bay has been very difficult and I think my biggest road block as always is preparation. Did a big shop the second I got in from the airport and loaded up my trolley with vegetables.

I have the next 4 days to exercise - probably tomorrow night and Friday morning. If I can get over my mini jetlag. 1am and I’m still wide awake. :(

Week 1 always the hardest!!

Up at 3am - have to leave for the airport in an hour. This will be a loooong day. It’s technically 1am Perth time and I will work through to 10pm Perth time. By the time my head hits the pillow I am going to be EXHAUSTED. I hope I can sleep on the plane. Probably no exercise for me today - will do some squats and lunges in my hotel room tonight.

3 Ingredient Sweet Potato Burger
I’m not kidding. And they taste phenomenaul at about 160kcal a patty.
Cut up 3 large sweet potatoes, then boil them until soft.
While that’s cooking, mash up 4 cans of white beans with a fork, potato masher, or food processor.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add them together with 2Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes and mash it all together.
Form into patties, throw in the oven at 425* F until the edges start to crisp.
So fucking easy. Thank me later.

Honeymoon of a life time but a little too much indulgence is weighing (literally!!) on my conscience!!! 5 days till I fly home time to start detoxing. New York City, Cancun, LA, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Pizmo Beach, Miami and Las Vegas - it’s been AMAZING!!!
